The DDA Board of Directors consists of 9 people, including the City Manager (under Michigan law), along with business owners, residents, and other members of the community who contribute their time and energy to making Downtown Iron Mountain a great place for businesses, residents, events & festivals, shopping, dining, and celebrating. Each Board member serves a 4-year term and is also active on Committees for Beautification, Events, and Business Development. The DDA staff works with the Board and Committees to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of activities aimed at making Downtown Iron Mountain a vibrant, engaging place in the heart of the community.
