COVID-19 RESOURCES
In order for the DDA to fulfill its vision, mission, and purpose, the DDA Board of Directors stands with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) requiring all businesses to adhere to the MDHHS Epidemic Order issued on October 9. Downtown businesses choosing not to follow these public health guidelines run the risk of shutdown by the local health department and an increased chance of being a COVID exposure site.
The DDA's vision, mission, and purpose, as stated below, align with doing what is best for the greater good to make downtown Iron Mountain a thriving destination. In this case, the greater good is caring for our neighbors and following public health orders issued by the MDHHS to deal with this global pandemic.
